Security is a team effort, and every team could use a good leader.  Officer’s need confidence in a supervisor’s ability to manage a crisis and in their ability to perform as members of an effective team.  Teamwork can only be achieved when officers trust and respect their supervisors, and each other as trained professionals and see the importance of their contributions to the team.
